Friggit Terms of Use

Friggit is a household-memory service operated by Foundry Lane Studio Pty Ltd (ACN 701 892 284), Melbourne, Australia. Foundry Lane Studio Pty Ltd is the legal entity responsible for Friggit. It helps households capture, organise, find, share and remember household information.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for using Friggit only through accounts and household access you are authorised to use. Household owners and administrators control invitations and access levels. Do not try to access another household or another person’s private information without permission.

Only add information you are entitled to keep, use or share. You remain responsible for the household information and files you provide. You give Friggit permission to process that information as needed to operate the service, including storage, search, reminders, sharing you request, document extraction and enrichment, translation and explanation, forwarded-email processing, Savings analysis and other automated assistance you choose to use.

Friggit is not a password manager. Do not store banking passwords or PINs, full payment-card credentials, password-manager master passwords, primary account passwords, one-time or recovery codes, security-question answers, cryptocurrency seed phrases or private keys, or other credentials that can unlock money, identity or another important security system.

Friggit uses automated processing, including AI, to help classify and extract information, suggest dates and people, translate or explain content, answer household questions and identify possible savings or comparisons. These features can make mistakes. Check important dates, amounts, translations, health information, prices, eligibility and other material details against the original source or provider before relying on them.

Savings estimates and provider comparisons are informational only. Friggit does not automatically switch providers, purchase products, submit applications or make consequential decisions for you without your action. Friggit is not an emergency service and does not provide medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

Friggit is designed to help you remember important household information, but no digital reminder service should be the only safeguard for critical obligations. Internet, email, device, platform or service interruptions can delay access or delivery. Keep appropriate independent safeguards for matters where a missed deadline could cause serious harm or loss.

Do not use Friggit unlawfully, to harm another person, to upload material you have no right to use, to interfere with the service, to bypass access controls, or to probe another household’s data or credentials.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information Friggit handles, why it is handled, how access works, and how to request access, correction, export or deletion. Your use of Friggit is also subject to that policy.

Friggit may change as the service develops. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, maintenance or legal reasons. You may stop using Friggit and can request export or deletion through the controls provided in the app.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
